Shipping Policy

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed when you select a shipping method in your shopping cart.

PROCESSING TIME

Packages of already made jewellery pieces are prepared and sent within 1-3 working days. Custom jewellery pieces are handcrafted and dispatched within 2 months.

SHIPPING TIME

Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping service. Jewellery purchased on www.amtreasure.com is sent to all European Union countries. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. Domestic (in Lithuania) deliveries typically take up to 3 working days, while international deliveries may take longer time.

 

TRACKING

A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch for monitoring your shipment.

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For international orders, customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply. These are the customer's responsibility.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us for assistance.

 

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Ensure the shipping address provided is accurate, as we are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses.

Return or Exchange Policy

RETURN PERIOD

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received your item, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your jewellery must be: unworn, in its original condition, in the original packaging, accompanied by the original documentation.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are excluded from our return policy: personalized jewellery, gift cards, items that have been damaged or altered in any way.​

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

REFUND PROCESS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified with the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. To stay true to our sustainability principles, we will be unsetting the stones and melting the metal for recycling. Therefore, we will deduct 30 % of the custom made jewellery cost for a refund as a recycling fee.

EXCHANGES

Please note that we do not offer exchanges for jewellery. We do offer one complimentary ring resize up to one full European size by the quarter, half, or full size. If your ring resize request is outside of one full size, you may need to follow return policy and re-order your ring. Please contact us to initiate a resize.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund after the approval notification, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
